The Tecniplast Group is named after its historic LAS division: Tecniplast S.p.a was founded in Italy in 1949, and is today a global leader in animal research.
Since the 2000s, it has expanded into pharmaceutical washing systems through its IWT brand, which entered the aseptic applications field in 2024.
In 2023, it launched the Tecnilabo brand for the lab sector by merging three Italian companies: BioAir, Labosystem, and KW. All this makes the Tecniplast Group today a reference point for integrated solutions that meet diverse research needs.
